Blue Dolphin Pools was started over 15 years ago by Bill Jolly. Bill has over 40 years of building and design experience. Jerry Baker joined Bill shortly after and has been the General Manager ever since. Both Bill and Jerry are long time Tallahassee residents and dedicated pool professionals. All of our pools are built to exceed industry standards and as if we were building them for our own families.
